Once you open the prompt for parallel computations you can run your model in the usual way ([[Run a case]]). After installing the "Automatic Installer" in Windows (Installation using "Auto Installer") you get two different prompts: one for scalar computations and another for parallel computations.
Once you open the prompt for parallel computations you can run your model in the usual way (Run a case). However, the simulation will start only if the appropriate binaries have been compiled and are present in the appropriate folder inside the path "v7p0/builds". This was not my case.

The procedure I followed is this:
1) download the file "systel.parallel.cfg" from the link above and save it into the folder "v7p0/configs";
2) open the file and, in case, change the root-path;
3) go inside the folder builds and run
